About 320 wooden and stone steps to the cross on Carrigfadda, West Cork, in two flights split by a short gravel path (~25 m) - the climb is timed from the bottom of the first flight to the top of the second, gravel included. Step count is from the trail guides, not verified yet - count and correct it! Effective rise per step comes from Garmin terrain elevation (72.8 m total vertical), so W/kg is honest even before the count is. Start: St Peter's church car park, red waymarkers to the base.
